Talk to me.

talk and art therapy for New Yorkers

Therapy is for everyone. Whether you’re looking to break inherited patterns or you’re seeking a deeper sense of fulfillment in life, I can guide you through. Initially trained as an art therapist, my approach is Humanistic, relational, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and—most importantly—client-centered. Let’s collaborate to develop goals and work towards them in a safe, intentional space. I can empower you with a compassionate awareness of your relationship to the world as well as the tools you need to affect positive change. Being a human is hard and healing is an act of both bravery and love. Let’s take the leap inward together.

…at a hospital, a school, an outpatient program serving adults living with HIV/AIDS, home-based services for home-bound adults and children in the foster system, a nursing and rehabilitation center, and, most recently, a private group practice.

I’ve practiced across New York City….

Across all of these settings, the common denominator is this: connection helps where isolation hurts. Our inner worlds are infinitely complex and navigating that alone can often feel like too much. My range of clinical experience has helped me develop a lens of therapy as a means of empowerment. My practice welcomes all bodies and orientations and my approach operates on the belief that the world we live in, the systems we navigate, and our mental health are inextricably linked. Most recently, I have been researching and seeking to expand my understanding of neurocomplexity in an effort to sustain a neurodivergent-affirming practice. Therapy is a means to not only heal and empower the self but also improve the world in which we live.
